Automatic Liquid Manufacturing Plant
“GMP’s” Automatic Liquid Manufacturing Plant is made as per WHO & US FDA standards to manufacture Syrup / Suspension / oral / external liquid for pharmaceuticals. This is a completely closed vessel with agitator mounted on top / Bottom dome. The vessel will be available with different accessories for different applications i.e. standard stirrer / magnetic stirrer / as required by the customers.
Salient Features:
• All Contact Parts are in S.S. 316 & Non – Contact Parts are SS 304.
• All material transfer is done by vacuum or by transfer pumps to avoid any contamination. • The entry of all propeller agitator is from the bottom, through a specially designed mechanical seal. • The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over conventional agitator is that, it includes no vibrations in the shaft and no coupling in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost. • Inline filters to ensure filtration. • Inline Homogenizer is provided for making suspensions, with recirculation. • Transfer Pump provided to transfer ready products to filling line. • Load cell for accurate weighing (Optional) • FLP system can be provided (Optional)
